Had my radiators swapped out and chose some lovely panel radiators for my kitchen. Great service from the office booking in the work and the plumber was very responsive asking how I wanted the fittings to look. Great service would definitely recommend

Charged us to rectify air/ air lock in our system after expansion vessel was fitted. Spoke to a manager who admitted it was likely there after their installation of expansion vessel which they did prior but said if it cost them money to come out they'll charge us in turn. So not really covered under their warranty for THEIR OWN work. Shame the staff doing the work are good and reliable but the management culture seems to not value the long term value of their clients. Went with them paying more than the typical tradesman because I expected a better, more professional service but this experience shows otherwise from the upper levels within the business.

BE AWARE I am sad to say that the service we have received from this company has been abominable. In November last year their engineers DESTROYED OUR SERVER by unplugging it and not reinserting the plug properly. In the aftermath of trying to sort it out and being completely devastated at the potential loss of 7 years of extremely hard work (yes we have gone Cloud Based now!) this company made us feel that it was our fault for not having extra back up. The point was made time and time again that we should have had more back up and they continually questioned our IT contractor. Said IT contractor managed to do a complete recovery over the period of 3 days which was nothing short of miraculous due to the damage to the server. This also proved that it had been working perfectly as all the data up to the point of the server being destroyed - a fact that was disputed several times by the company. Over 3 months later we finally had an offer of the cost of replacement for the loss of the old hardware and a 1/3rd of the Installation Cost. So not for the new software that we have had to buy or the entire bill from our IT contractor, or in fact any nod to the amount of time and stress that their actions have resulted in. I find this behaviour appalling and will certainly never use this company again.
