I recently bought a car from Westerleigh Car Centre and I couldn't be happier. We have ended up getting exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price and the process of dealing with Westerleigh was a pleasure from start to finish. Having spent some time looking for the right vehicle it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Neil at Westerleigh who was genuine, friendly, straightforward and honest. Despite living well outside the Downend area, I would not hesitate to deal with Neil and his family business in the future.

Absolutely amazing took car to another local garage and wasn't happy with quote so took to Westerleigh and let's just say hell of a difference. Communication amazing always keeping you informed of what doing. Highly recommend. Xx

I can't recommended westerleigh car center enough. They not only do excellent work they are also very clear on what they are doing. They explain about any future work that may need to be done with prices and timelines.

Came here for my MOT a year ago and was given 9 advisories which I was strongly encouraged to act on. I made the decision not to. This year, I went to another garage for my MOT. 1 year and 8000 miles later, my car passed first time with no advisories, having had no work done to address the advisories given by Westerleigh. With MOTs being subjective, Westerleigh seemed to be overly harsh in their judgements, and with the added 'hard sell' to work on the advisories, which I declined, being a potential tool used to try and make easy money out of issues that didn't need correcting. Obviously my experience was 12 months ago now, and things may have changed. But now I have been elsewhere for an MOT and none of the issues being detected, I would urge caution over selecting Westerleigh.

AVOID, CANNOT BE TRUSTED This garage failed to report/diagnose a fault with my steering following a full and expensive service. When i called to discuss with a view to getting this fixed, the owner quickly became very rude. Interrupting, not listening and talking over me making a reasonable conversation impossible, which increased my suspicion of their competence I didn't even have a problem with the steering until i took the vehicle to this garage for replacement brake pads for which he charged me £500 He ended the conversation by telling me not to return to his garage Happy to oblige sir!
