Bought my fridge freezer from here at a really good price - bit of a mix up with the courier (not West Mids Electricals fault) and West Mids Electricals went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The delivery guy was really friendly and super helpful - fitted the fridge handles, put the fridge where I wanted it, took away all the packaging and advised on usage. Excellent service and efficient company to deal with. Highly recommended 👌🏻

I phoned the electrical superstore today asking about tumble dryers and they staggered 2 for me i picked one and said i wanted to pay by card which normally means over the phone they were rely nice and said they would do the payment when they deliver. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days but they delivered within 4hrs The driver and his mate were relay nice men they put the dryer where i wanted it and took payment. I would recommend this company to all my friends as they are willing to go above and beyond to help you if they can.

Very good experience with West Midlands Electrical Superstore I ordered a range cooker, the whole process was very swift and easy and when I needed to get in contact for questions (availability and others) I always managed to speak to a member of staff and get an answer in few minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and provided all the info I needed and more. The cooker would have been delivered literally 2 days after but the kitchen wasn't ready, so had to ask for a delay. Again, no problem with that, and all delivery details were verified and agreed. The item arrived as expected, properly packaged and in good conditions, and works a charm, a great addition to my new kitchen. Definitely very happy with the experience and will use the shop again.
