Pedro Taieti5 StarPaul was extremely professional. He presented me the solution that I wanted and not the one that would be easiest for him to install - impressive is that he did it based on his experience and without me telling him what I wanted in the first place! Lucky? Don’t think so… I would say that is experience and customer focus.
FYI… I had consulted several other suppliers previously to speaking to Paul and none of them have presented a neat solution, even after I telling them what I wanted.
Paul also came to my house to check the install and understood all my requirements.
After approving the quote the Charger was installed in less than a week and only in the morning. Installing was perfect - no hanging or even routed cables outside (fed the ev charger from the back).
All done in a morning. After the install he did stay for longer to teach my and thoroughly test the unit.
I’m charging the car every night now as the installation was were I planned and it’s so easy to just connect the charger cable to the car.
