Graham Allen1 StarIn my experience the only thing this company is able to guarantee is that it will consistently let you down. They appear to be only interested in dealing with large companies so if you have a small business, like me, don't bother.
I have made appointments with them recently and have waited in all day for an engineer to attend only to be cancelled late in the day. That is three days lost work for me. There is no apologies or any effort to 're-arrange the appointment.Saturday 15th December 2018
