Hol Sixes3 StarFirst time I've used this branch, was stunned by the attitude of the young lad, no hello or good afternoon, took my order and got that quickly but never asked if I was an account or cash customer and proceded to ask name and address and said no account at that address?? Obviously not, had he asked first, he would have known.
As someone who actually does work in another trade/retail chain, where we are trained to ask these things and be polite and courteous to customers it was a bit of a shock.Thursday 16th September 2021
