Fly Agaric1 StarHad TWO broken shower trays sent. The first went back. The second had dents on one side. Builder was booked so had no choice but to reconfigure shower room to hide dents. Wrote to them 2 months ago and told them it cost me extra to reconfigure and wanted a part refund. They promised complaint would be 'looked at'. They requested photos which I sent. Wrote again two weeks ago asking for a response, and was ignored. Good at taking money, but bad at rectifying issues. Substandard, but its what you seem to expect these days from pretty much all but the very best of outlets, which this one certainly is not.Monday 16th August 2021
