Always impeccable customer service in Dorchester's Toolstation, in a time when people already feel anxious about leaving the house to get things they need, all the staff never fail to be so helpful and respectful. I went in yesterday to pick up some bits for my bedroom - my door had come away from its hinges - and I was served by Ellie: I ensured I got her name because I was so impressed with her attentive service, and was so patient when I didn't know what I needed !! despite clearly being busy with other tasks. So reliable, helpful, highly recommend.

The staff can’t help you enough. They go above and beyond to make shopping quick, easy and helpful. I use the Dorchester branch for business and personal use and cannot rate them any higher. Keep up the good works guys and dolls!

If one was to look up the term 'customer service' in a dictionary (albeit a strange dictionary that for some reason included terms instead of just individual words), I'm pretty sure that Will from Dorchester Toolstation would appear in the definition. Top service from Toolstation as usual. Will not only helpfully allowed me to swap the incorrect fitting I'd purchased not once but twice, but went absolutely above and beyond retrieving various items from the warehouse to ensure that I had the correct part before leaving. And he did all of this five minutes before closing time without so much as a mention of the imminent closure. Top service Toolstation, and another job completed with Toolstation parts. I'll be back to this branch when I'm next in the area for sure!

We have been renovating our bedroom and en-suite for the past couple of months. As a result, I would make at least 3 trips a weekend to Toolstation in Dorchester. I dealt with Will each time. I cannot fault him - he was always really friendly, really professional and super helpful. Great chap, great service and I would highly recommend him and this store. Thanks Will for making the chore of spending all that money on building supplies an enjoyable experience! Emma. x
