Mat Doodson5 StarThe people who've left 1 star reviews for this company are ignorant and thoughtless. The two that I read had issues with delivery which is most likely outside of the control of Tools 2U. Yet they think it's appropriate to leave a negative review rather than dealing directly with the complaint.
The 1 star review lowers the average score and some prospective customers might not take the time to realise the poor reviews aren't justified. It takes 5 minutes to leave a review but years to build up your business.
My delivery was swift, the communication was spot on and the US Pro Impact Gun they've supplied is superb!! I will definitely look them again for any future tool needs.
I hope Tools 2U get enough well deserved 5 star reviews to drown out the moaning, thoughtless, internet trolls.Tuesday 23rd February 2021
