The only disappointment here was the amount of stuff that needed fixing on my car that I'd only owned for 3 months, for it to get through the MOT. Not their fault though at all. Everyone was super friendly and they were very busy, which is not surprising. They let me sit in their reception while the work was being done and when it turned out that it was going to take longer than a day to fix, they gave me a lift home, then back again as I had stupidly forgotten to take my home key off of my car key ring (so embarrassing but they were really understanding and sweet about it) and then back home again. Around 25-30 miles in the end and they didn't bat an eyelid which was so professional and kind. More importantly, the car ran noticeably better once they had finished the work so they clearly did a very good job. Highly recommended.

I Had problems with my headlights on my BMW. This was because the previous owner had modified the headlights and it caused multiple faults. I had been to several garages, Including BMW themselves and they all told me I would have to have both headlights completely replaced costing over £2000, as they could not do anything because of the modification. I brought my car to Advanced Auto care and they said they would take a look. 45 minutes later they removed the modification and replaced the correct bulbs and are now investigating my halo lights. Vic and his staff explained everything to me, Talked me through what they were going to do and brought me into the work shop to show me what they were going to do. Absolutely the best car repair shop I ever ever been to. I'm not local to Advanced Auto care but I will drive the 17 miles for them to work on my car now and in the future. 100% Guaranteed.
