Visited Surestart today after an ordeal with Halfords. Neil was very kind and helpful making time to fit me in and understanding the stressful situation. He even lent us a courtesy car for the afternoon. 10/10 would recommend one of the nicest garages I’ve been too. It’s a shame it’s not so local for me as would definitely be back.

I booked last minute for an MOT and when I arrived was told it would probably be done around lunchtime. I told them I would be waiting around as had no other transport and they said they would try to fit it in earlier. True to their word they rang me just over an hour later. Very impressed and thankful as it was freezing! They gave really good advice too. Thanks guys :)

Once again Neil and his crew have dug me out of a hole. I have using Surestart for about 4 years now since someone suggested them for my elderly Land Rover that no other garage wanted to even look at or who grudgingly did standard tests on that did not show up the fault. Neil found it within minutes and repaired it for an amazingly moderate price. Since then he has kept the LR and my other clapped out old car in good order. One of his main strengths is diagnostics. His crew are patient, professional, courteous. If they shut up shop and moved away, I would have to move too. Can't imagine using another garage now.
