Avoid This Company!!! Booked to replace an electric shower (like for like) Cancelled my appointment when they were due to arrive and moved to another day I requested in advance for the shower switch to be replaced. They charged me an hour’s labour to go out and purchase the switch - £90 The engineer could only partially fit the shower and told me there was a manufacturing fault with the product. I ended up finishing the job myself with no issues with the product. Quoted for 2 hours and charged for 4. The additional hours were down to the incompetence of the engineer who couldn't even complete the work A rusty Stanley knife was left on the floor Zero customer service, I ended up disputing with my credit card. £400 for a half-installed shower is disgusting

Avoid this company I called them out as my electrics were making a buzzing noise & my lights were flickering the guy that came out blew my electrics & told me my house was a death trap & I needed someone to sort it straight away they charged me £90 that day & another £240 to book them in for the next day as he made me really scared that the house was going to go on fire if it wasn't sorted straight away I was left in the dark I called my service provider out who came & said it was nothing to do with my electrics in my house the fault was outside it has taken me 6 weeks up to now to get my refund back & still not had it I know I won't get the £90 back but the £240 that was taken under false pretences everytime I phone them they promise they will sort it & they don't don't have any work done by this company they are robbers

Great service - turned up and persevered with a job that was trickier than expected - had to return the next day to complete. Only issue was job was initially booked for one hour to install two fan lights which would have taken longer without the hiccup so maybe those booking need to ask more questions or know what is involved in a job
