Paid to have vehicle inspected as wheel was making noise and was keen to get an idea of what maintenance might need done prior to upcoming MOT. Was just walked around underneath my vehicle in their shop and told nothing. They suggested I let the noise I was hearing get worse in order to know what it was. Thinking that’s all it would need for MOT & maintenance, I brought it in for its MOT, and they tried slapping me with £800+ in work. Literally just paid them to see what would need done for MOT& maintenance and mentioned none of what was now failing my MOT.. nice touch.
When they failed the MOT they didn’t even know the difference between camber arms and a toe arms.. (they chalked the toe arm for bushings worn. Camber arms had no chalk marks at all and bushings fine).I already had the OEM replacement parts and everything at home to be fitted eventually. Since they don’t fit any customers parts, and I wasn’t going to pay for them to source their overpriced parts from Italy on a 2 week wait, I took the vehicle home, did the work myself and passed it’s MOT at a garage that actually knows what they’re doing besides trying shady tactics with customers.Sunday 2nd October 2022

Lorna Knowles5 StarI used this garage for the first time to do my MOT yesterday and they fixed a handful of minor defects at no extra cost for it to pass. One of which, position lamp light intensity significantly reduced, has been bothering me for years and no other garage has noticed it.
I'm extremely happy and will most definately be continuing to use this garageWednesday 14th April 2021
