I took my car to Reliance Auto Test. It went for its yearly MOT, unfortunately it failed. However I was called by a polite gentlemen called Kevin and he explained why it failed and what it will take to get it fixed. If the car could not of been fixed that day, he even offered me a curtesy car, but to my surprise it was fixed later that day. Not knowing too much about cars, the team really made me feel reassured and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone. Will defiantly be a returning customer for any of my car Maintance needs.

AVOID! I got a quote online for my interim service and Mot at £130 just before Christmas. They charged me £185, because they had to do some additional work, to change two bulbs!! They I got home to find out that they didn't stamp my service book, even if I asked them when I left the car, and therefore, I had to go back. During Christmas, I found out that the engine oil was running on my driveway and a few days later my car was out of oil. So, me and my family spend the Christmas holidays without a car (I'm the only driver) because the garage was closed. When they opened, I took my car to them and they couldn't prioritise it, so I had to get it at the end of the day. And after all that, they didn't even bother to say a simple "sorry". Couldn't be more careless. Now, a month later, my car broke down in the middle of A34. I hope that this is not their fault, but I will have to find out (on a different garage obviously)!!!
