i have spent my working life in and controlling a Mercedes workshop , i carried out all of my own repairs and servicing but due to injury i am no longer able to carry out most repairs, it is hard for me to "let go" so to speak, and let someone else carry out the work for me. It is very hard to accept that i have to now trust someone else carry out the work , but i can not be happier to let my pride and joy to be serviced and looked after by Ross at R.S Autos, i am now looking at the possibility of Ross looking after my 2nd pride and joy a Holbay MV6 3.2 , and will not hesitate to recommend Ross to friends and family , i would like to take this time to thank Ross for his attention to detail and skill level along with a very courteous manor and nothing is to much attitude look forward to my next visit john Beacham ..Saab 9-5 aero 2.3 turbo

Having been recommended to see Ross about my car, he's gone out of his way to get the job done. Totally honest and knowledgeable, he's a great mechanic. There's no reason for him to have inconvenienced himself to accommodate me other than that he's just got a heart of gold. He always explains to me what he's doing or has done which is very helpful. I find he does what he says he's going to do in a timely manner. His work ethic is amazing, and is something to be admired. Definitely give him your business.

I have used Ross at R S Autos to service my cars for the last 4 years & he's a gem! Honest about what needs doing (and what doesn't!), reliably good work and very reasonable prices. He is everything that an independentally-trading mechanic should be.

I have brought my car to Ross twice now, and I cannot fault the repair, the price and the service. Dropped my car off for an entire break job in the morning, and had it back by lunchtime! Thank you for looking after the car I rely on so heavily.

Took my car to Ross following a word of mouth recommendation, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more. Ross did my car amazingly, sorted all the problems I thought the car had and some others his expert eye caught. Really decent price, and noone I'd rather give my service to! Cheers Ross 🥳🥳
