Just had a second battery fitting completed. I very strongly recommend PRW for there quality of service and attention to detail nothing is to much trouble for the team. Very pleasant and friendly service from everyone associated with PRW, Perry/Jacob/Harrison and his office person Lorna.

I have used PRW twice, the first time was for the installation of two double plug sockets and upgrading/replace the Electric Fuse Box panel. They came on time and did an excellent job. The second time was when I had an emergency when getting an electric shock when touching the Sink unit and metal inside of the dishwasher. They came out very quickly and tracked back the fault by a process of elimination to a the spur socket which had developed a fault and the neutral was live even though the switch was off. They also undertook the diversion of a lighting cable in the loft required for the installation of a loft ladder whilst here. Excellent service promptly executed, thoroughly recommend this company.

Recently had a home EV charger (Zappi) installed by PRW. Found them on a Google search as was trying to get the government grant done before end of the month. From the day I called in to speak to Lorna (receptionist) to the survey date meeting Perry and then the install date with a very thorough and patient electrician. All round very high standard of work and service! It's rare I make a review but props where props is due and so I had to say something. They really did take care of me and made sure all my concerns were answered and the job was very tidy and extremely efficient (don't lose that electrician as he is definitely an asset to your team, and please tell him I said that!). Perry you were extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and I appreciate that. Lorna your a great first point of contact and have a great manner with people so don't ever lose that either. All-in all a great service from start to finish & I definitely recommend them! If I need something electrical I will be sure to use them again. Thanks again guys! Dan

PRW Electrical Services rewired my new kitchen working to the brief I had given them. The electricians were professional and courteous, working long days and keeping my home tidy while they worked. When they came across an issue from the previous owners’ electrical instillation, they explained my options to allow me to make a fully informed decision. Their office staff and director was easy to contact when I wanted to make changes to my design along the way which they happily incorporated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

PRW were polite and courteous after other firms were dismissive of our predicament. They attended our property swiftly and liaised with a neighbour as we were not home. We had our electricity restored when we were facing a weekend without power. Because of their response and professionalism we are using PRW again for a necessary repair. I recommend their services.
