I just wanted to thank Jack and all the team for such a fantastic service. I was getting anxious about the ‘scraping’ noise and Jack confirmed my thoughts re disk problem. The advice and recommendations for replacements were prompt and clear! The job executed so quickly and efficiently, as always! I’ve used your garage for many, many years… 80’s, if not before, for MOT’s, advice etc and always received the best attention. Thanks again. Phillips Garage is the most helpful and reliable one I have ever used. After moving to Alton 2 years ago, my one concern was not to find a garage i could trust. I consider myself blessed to have found this garage, where nothing is too much trouble, always willing to help. My car runs like a dream now. I can honestly recommend Phillips Garage to anyone. Phillips Garage was established in Alton in 1919 by the Phillips brothers using their demobilisation money from World War 1. They were joined in 1937 by a young fourteen year old, William Oliver. William’s son Peter, continues the business to the present day.
