The staff are all very friendly and I never feel that I have been ripped off, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car fixed.Thursday 19th May 2022

Helen Milford1 StarAbsolutely shocking service . Foul language in the office to start with on arrival. Very unprofessional. I took my car to them with overheating. The mechanic told me he'd fixed it but it overheated again immediately. after two days of keeping it again the mechanic said they werent interested on working on it as better to be scrapped. Very rude on the phone. The owner seemed upset when I told her about this and promised to call me back to remedy. I never heard a thing. So no refund on work done unnecessarily. Car is now sorted after another garage helped me. My elderly Dad who has been a regular client until recently was told they would order two new tyres for him. When he called to ask if they'd arrived he heard them laughing as they hadnt done it. He felt humiliated.When he drove to them to get them fitted in a booked appointment they still didnt have them and let him down again. He went elsewhere.No apologies given.
