Dawn Peace5 StarFantastic service by John, Geoff and team. They did a brilliant job under challenging circumstances (electrics not what we all expected when walls, ceilings and floors were exposed). We are delighted with the outcome which included spotlights throughout downstairs, new electrical points, hot water tap, kitchen appliances, extractor fans and new bathroom shaver points. The work was carried out effectively and efficiently in a professional and friendly manner. Any problems were dealt with immediately and quickly. I had just bought a house that needed a full rewire before the birth of my son - it was extremely time sensitive.
I had other people quote for the work and I being hit with some unusual prices with each time I spoke the prices got higher.
Jonny and Onpoint were recommended to me and I reached out to explain my predicament. Jon even offered to inspect to see if a full rewire was required.
I spoke with him on the Thursday evening, he was round first thing Friday morning to check it out and quote - a full rewire was required ultimately.
What was impressive from the outset was how Jonny and Geoff actually took into account my personal circumstances and the need to sort my house for my son arriving, everyone else I was just the next customer.
From quoting on the Friday the team moved things around in their calendar and started on the Monday.
They got through the rewire in pretty much 2 days.
Great tradesmen, great company, great work!
