I have been using Oak Tree Electrical for several years now and I have been extremely happy with the service and the quality of work from Pete, the owner. Most of the work I have had done has been planned and Pete is always clear, accurate and detailed in his advice and his quotations. His charges are always fair and completely transparent. His time keeping is fantastic and if circumstances beyond his control mean a delay or postponement is necessary, Pete always keeps you fully informed. The standard of work that Pete does is exemplary. He always takes the time to talk you through the options for how work can be done before he starts, where cables can be routed etc. So, when he starts work, you know exactly how things will turn out. He is also a clean and tidy worker. Pete is a real perfectionist. He did some garden lighting for me and the lights are evenly spaced, all at the exact same height and where cables had to be visible, for practicality, they are neat and as unobtrusive as they can possibly be. If he encounters the unexpected during a job, he will always take it in his stride and find a good solution for you, keeping you fully informed throughout of what the options are for solving the problems and their individual pros and cons. Having used Oak Tree Electrical now for everything from small jobs - swapping a light fitting for another - to large jobs - fitting a new consumer unit - I have always been completely happy with everything. I therefore, wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Oak Tree Electrical, for good quality electrical work at a fair price.
