NCS NCS1 StarIn my opinion they did nothing but reset my service required on car instruments. Full service and mot and a car that won't start a few weeks later. Nothing adds up with the work on the car/mot previously and what they've quoted/done now.I do not trust them and I'm gutted I got robbed now. Just gave me an invoice and said there it is. Near enough £700 for nothing and now I have to sort out a car that will not even start for more cost. What did you check? I've just got ticks from someone that can not write properly.Friday 10th March 2023
A SaMim1 StarThe AA took my car on friday just to repair coolant leak whcih was arround one hour job they said that it will be check on friday or next day on monday called they said it will be done today then on Tuesday called them they said we are busy it will be check as soon as we are free so it means customer don't have value for them and they keep saying lie I took my car to another garage same day repaired just wast of time with this garage i don't recommmend it at all not professional.
In your reply always say the customer whether you do the job or no and once you promised you will do it and give them time then it need to be done you have your garage with and have computer as professional you must know how long you need for each car to repair then it is with customer if they will wait or go somewhere else.Friday 14th July 2023

Zak Leaning5 StarI have always taken my car to MTS as they are top notch when it comes to providing the best advice. MOT's and servicing are always so quick and they advise the time they need. They will never fix something that doesn't need doing as many other garages would.
