I really cannot rate this garage highly enough. The owner is a lovely man, what you see is what you get. Very honest and straight to the point. No hidden costs. I thought my car was heading to the scrap man, this garage sorted it, fixed it and all at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a good, honest garage then this is the one for you!

Really great customer experience when visiting Mountbatten Motors today. I called first thing as I was concerned about my engine overheating and they were happy to take a look at it the same day; something that other garages weren't able to offer. Kav was very knowledgable and was happy to take the time to explain a few things to me, and described what to watch out for when on the road, and was able to fix the issue very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the experience was very reassuring and relieving, as it can be rather stressful when something goes wrong with your car.

My exhaust had slightly dropped due to wear and tear and I had been quoted £240 for a replacement with new brackets by one of the main national garages. Rang Mountbatten who was more than happy to see my car and quote me without any pressure to go forward with the work. Cav looked at my car and quickly put my exhaust back to how it should be in about 20 minutes for £30! Very honest about what needed to be done and what the problem was. Would highly recommend!

At first all was well, got car through mot etc, then was told I needed front bearing & hub, booked in for a certain day, for it to be done on said day, called up to see if it was done and was told it wasn’t going to be done that day although this is what I was told. Was asked to come & collect my unrepaired car, that he was done with doing the publics repairs and wouldn’t be trading anymore. Since have taken my car to a lovely garage, not a front bearing and hub AT ALL, back bearing yes but no hub! I’m wondering if this is why it wasn’t done that day & why he was so rude, as he probably didn’t even check properly what needed doing! Probably would have charged me for the hub an all 🙄
