April Canhi1 StarThis guy hasn't got a clue....I ordered the parts I had to fit the parts myself.... I told him what the problem was but he took it on himself to fix something that never needed fixing. I was really pleased at first because the car started and I asked him to follow me to the cash point so I could pay him, he didn't like this as he wanted me to pay him by bank transfer straight away....I'm so glad that I didn't because as he was following me the car broke down within a minute. He said that he would come back and fix the problem that I wanted him to fix from the beginning and as a good will gesture I paid him part of the money... Not realising that he wouldn't bother coming back. It caused me a lot of stress and a lot of money. Because he told me that there were several problems. The ones that I had to fit myself. He ignored my calls and I was nothing but patient and polite with him.Saturday 23rd April 2022
Peter Howell5 StarMichael arrived bang on time, assessed the situation/fault and collected the necessary replacement part (wheel speed sensor) from a car spares franchise who had one in stock. He replaced the unit and asked me to road test to ensure I was satisfied with the work done. Very pleasant and informative chap. Very pleased with service and cost.
