As a landlord in the Swindon area I used Carlo (Maya Electrical Service) for the first time to replace a couple of smoke alarms. The work was carried out on time, to the agreed cost and the lines of communication were good. Yes, this is a relatively small job but you can tell a lot from a tradesman with such work. I was so pleased that when I had another job, carrying out a landlord electrical inspection, Carlo was my first port of call. I was not disappointed and the work was carried out to a very high standard. An honest assessment was made of the remedial work required and various options were given to me in language that I could understand so that I could make an informed decision. Carlo obviously takes great pride in his work, works hard and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Carlo is friendly and works around the tenant schedule. As a busy landlord, there are certain times you have to trust a tradesman and Carlo is a person you can trust to just get the job done, on schedule, at a competitive price, to a high standard. As an landlord, you can then go about your other commitments without having any concerns about if the job has been done properly or the tradesman failing to show up. As an experienced landlord, these qualities are not easy to find in a tradesman! So when you do find these qualities, you put the company contact in your phone book and if/when an electrical work is required you have a single point of contact, confident in the knowledge that the issue will be sorted efficiently. That's all you can ask for as a landlord.

Carlo was recommended to me by family members. Did not disappoint - very friendly and professional. Carlo is highly accommodating and provides great consultation prior to install. Cable work is neat with a meticulous attention to detail. Will have Carlo back to complete further work on my property. 5* highly recommended! Over stairs install as pictured.
