Our boot on our Q7 suddenly became faulty after having some updates at Audi but they took no responsibility, diagnosed a technical fault and quoted over £500 to fix it. We wanted a second opinion so brought the car to Mastertech. They quickly diagnosed the potential problem that was leading to the expensive fault that Audi diagnosed and offered to fix this first, at a fraction of the cost, to see if it worked. We agreed and the boot was quickly back in working order and we saved over £300. Would recommend MasterTech.

Dropped my VW T5.1 in explained the issue. They diagnosed in a few hours, after I had tried 2 other garages that could not find the fault. Work done the same day, great service. Highly recommended 👍

Been using Mastertech for over 10 years now, can't fault them. Always helpful, knowledgeable, fair pricing and most of all honest. I live in Southampton so it's a 50 mile round trip for me but I wouldn't use anyone else for my Audi.
