Fully recommend this company, brought my first car from them as a learner in august 2020, 1 year down the line and now driving and car is still in perfect condition with no issues from day 1. Sophie Briggs1 StarI have had a bad experience, I bought my car in August for £3800, it started to lose power in November so I took it back… they changed the battery. In January it started to do the same so I took my car in yesterday February 4th and was told it needs new filters… so a full service is required £220 quoted however I was told it came with a full service, 3 months warranty and 12 months MOT.
When I contacted them to discuss this they kept saying I bought the car 7 months ago!!! At which I repeatedly told them it was 5 months and 3 weeks… simple maths is not required at this garage .
They kept saying they are happy to help, but offer nothing.Saturday 5th February 2022
