My Audi A4 became very unresponsive and I didn't have a clue what the issue was. I was told by a good friend go to Langs of Romsey.
What can I say within a day they identified and fixed the problem, which in my case my engine was in limp mode. They also gave me regular updates.

With very little notice you provided an MOT, full service and works that were required. You gave me a courtesy car which was so helpful. Throughout the works being undertaken you kept me informed, even providing proof of broken coils with photos. You checked around with suppliers for parts and I feel you gave me an extremely fair price considering the amount of work undertaken. I had my car back after just 2 days. Never have I felt so trusting and looked after by car mechanics so thank you.

David Mumford5 StarAfter receiving really poor service from Mercedes (Southampton), I decided to look for a local specialist. I had a break disc issue and was leaving to go on holiday the next day. I arrived at Langs and was greeted by Rob. I explained the situation that i was in and he suggested that he'd make a few calls. He had sourced the parts by 10am and he offered me the use of a courtesy car that morning. By 3pm, the brake issue was fixed and I was able to go away with a car that was safe to drive. I am extremely grateful to Rob and his team for the care that he gave me on that day. I have subsequently returned for a service and MOT and i'm delighted to say that the service I received was equally as good.

Ollie Freeman5 StarRob and Chris did a great job walnut blasting the intake valves of my Audi TT. Very happy with the result. Should get many miles out of the car before it needs doing again! Rob was very communicative and great throughout the whole day, loaning me a courtesy car so I could go see family nearby while they worked on the car. They even sent me videos and pictures of the work afterwards 5/5 would use again.
