The engineers are friendly and nice, but the company service is weird. Appalling communication and you may be charged for the hidden cost because they have done the work......In the quotation, the price includes call-out fee + labour fee + potential material cost to fix the problem. However, finally, the price is call-out fee + labour fee *2 + material cost and the reason is just one labour fee is for investigation and one for fixing...... is there anyone just want to pay for someone to find the problem rather than solve the problem? It is weird. Very unprofessional customer service, incorrect email sent, arbitrary pricing, even in just two email replies, labour fees are different. No patience to discuss the details of costs, but very patient to remind, DO NOT FORGET TO PAY FOR THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE THE WORK! By BACS or by telephone are both fine. So disappointed! Even though the engineers are kind, I will never use it.

Im not sure which KS Engineering the previous user experienced, but the ones we have used over the past five years here in Exeter have been outstanding. Im writing this review as we have recently had a problem with our boiler after a service, and KS worked relentlessly over a couple of days to find and fix the problem. Their staff are and remain extremely friendly, go out of their way to help out (heaters and blankets because the heating didn't work), working late to fix the problem at a low cost (not the £300 flat fee Worcester wanted). I cant recommend them enough, they're local they're friendly and efficient and that remains a constant.

KS Engineering are a fantastic local family run business who actually care about their customers. Quality and honesty is at the forefront of what they do and this reflects with the engineers work as well as the quality and in-depth knowledge of their office staff. I would highly recommended this company. Give Dave or Ellie a shout next time you need some help!

Was in need of a new combi boiler, needed plumber that was honest and reliable and did a good job. I was recommended KS Engineering and called to inquire. They were very responsive and professional. On the day of the installation, they were on time, did the job swiftly and efficiently and even tidied up after themselves. Will definitely recommend.
