Tomasz “TheOneWhoRates” Knutel5 StarSo, I had a boiler change with them, and to be honest, it was a bit bumpy ride to get a quote and then to get them start, but Paul, the owner of Joy Services reached out to me with the quickest and most professional advice and quote then was.rwad next day. As this is probably one of the most busy periods for such a work, I had to wait for a month since I paid first half of invoice but that was understandable (but I would hope for a little bit more communication regarding dates arrangement). Since they started, it was the most professional team I have seen here in UK (and Matt was a leader), it took them 2 and a half days to do quite a lot of work, all went smoothly from what I have seen and the pipe work is just outstanding.
I would give 4.5 stars if possible but can recommend them anytime!Saturday 22nd January 2022
