Hello Nick Jack Thank you for your review, I appreciate negative feedback as well as positive and sorry for the late reply this has only just been bought to my attention. First I would like to address the 2.5mm T&E clips you purchased. We supply Scheider Electric (Tower) clips, part number 70CGKF25. These clips are regarded as some of the best on the market (less wastage as you might find with cheaper products) I do remember having a conversation with you on our trade counter about three years ago when we opened the new Southampton branch and I explained that if you opened an account with us we can talk about pricing terms. We had this conversation roughly 3 years ago but you say you have just moved to Netley so I can only assume you moved away from the area and then moved back again. With regards to the members of staff "sniggering like school girls" fortunately I was in the branch that Friday afternoon and the two colleagues were sharing a joke over their lunch break, I can assure you the members of staff were not laughing at a price given to a customer. You mention "shocking customer service and daylight robbery" You have said that the salesperson was friendly enough and you also got a full refund within minutes of purchasing the box of 100 clips. I would say that was extremely good customer service. As you have moved back into the area and if you change your mind with regards to dealing with us then please feel free to pop in or give me a call to discuss further trading terms. As an Electrician who has just moved into Netley this is my closest wholesalers. So when I needed a few items I came into the shop looking for just 2 boxes of 2.5mm T+E cable clips. Salesperson was friendly enough but then charged me almost £8 for 2 boxes of clips which are less than £1.30each at places like Screwfix or Toolstation. As he was doing this the other members of staff were sat around sniggering like little school girls at the price he was charging me. Absolutely shocking customer service and daylight robbery. Such a shame as I was going to get an account here but not anymore. If you don’t like getting ripped off I suggest avoiding at all costs.

Extremely helpful with my phone enquiry about a storage heater, advised there was a store closer to me (Isle of wight), and checked to see if they had the product i was after in stock, even offered to call ahead for me. Fantastic customer service, storage heater was a great price too.

My husband always use this wholesaler for his business and the quality of the goods are second to none. I suppose if you want items that last longer you pay a bit more! What is the saying 'you get what you pay for!' Just a word about the staff...they are very knowledgeable and always polite and if they haven't got the goods you want they go out of their way and make sure you are supplied with them.
