Just been in Jewsons Weymouth waited to be service, while man made himself coffee which he bought it out and put on counter. He did not acknowledge the two customers waiting and went out of site to office again. then heard him speaking to builder that just walk in and around behind counter . The chat was clearly him saying how bad it was, quiet, no customers its dead .. blar blar.. . Then when he did come out again to the counter with coffee on he still did not acknowledge customers waiting. So I asked is any one serving , not only was the reply rude he did not have a clue he said he doesn't know as he works in tool department. We waited to be serviced and was presented a rude and unhelpful member of staff. Did not get chance to buy goods. Normally the Jewson team are really good but not today. 😕
