Sarah Hudson5 StarI was blown away by Pete’s super efficiency. Never have I known a tradesperson (loathe to use that word as it sounds demeaning) to respond by text within minutes. Give a precise time for arrival and update me before arrival. Very professional worker. Does exactly as he’s asked without being reminded. Pete fitted some extra sockets and did a whole property safety check and PAT testing. I went by recommendation and must say if you use Innova you won’t be disappointed.Thursday 28th September 2023
