Lisa provided excellent customer care. At all times during the day she kept me informed exactly what was happening, and miraculously managed to source the correct new battery for my car. I half expected to have to wait until the following day to collect my car, but her endeavours meant that it was ready for collection when I finished work. Thank you so much Lisa.

Couldn't have picked a better place to take my car for it's MOT and full service today. The team are brilliant, really welcoming, informative, helpful and did a great job. Booking online was quick, the price was very reasonable (excellent price with discount for service and MOT booked together). Lisa was exceptional. Knowing I am selling my car she advised as to what I should ask dealers and even said that I could call for advise if necessary. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you. I've always thought that the 'big name' garages were not as good as the small independent, but I was so wrong. I'll definitely recommend Halfords in Wokingham to anyone and they will be my go-to garage for whatever car I own.

Definitely wish I listened to the negative feedback when booking my car into this garage as the positives have more than likely been put there by the branch themselves. This is by far the worst experience I have had when dealing with a car garage. These guys tried to charge me about £1000 for a number of things that apparently needed to be changed. They made out like it was a must do but when asked if it was going to fail its MOT, they said it wouldn't so I decided I didn't wish to do it. As they weren't going to make money out of me to probably hit an end of month target, they caused damage to my car and then lied and said this damage was already there when they received the car. Took this up with the help centre who didn't have a care in the world and passed it to a lazy area sales manager who was meant to come back to me within 48hrs. 2 weeks later and nothing and after chasing was advised they are not going to do a thing and closed a case. So I was left with a damaged car that I have now had to pay money to fix and after all of this have it checked out only to find out all they had advised needed to be changed was fine and didn't need changing at all and that came directly from the makers of the vehicle. Would stay clear from this bunch of lies and thieves. Disgusting service and would not recommend!

I rang up for a minor repair this morning, and was able to be down at Halford’s within 15 minutes. The job was done super quickly for me by Callum, who was very polite and friendly with no mansplaining. Great service, thank you.
