Not very happy about the customer service from the branch manager, he don't know how to talk or resolve the issues with polite manner. The gentleman at the desk was really good. I personally believe Halford Autocentre Walsall branch management need more customer service training. Unfortunately I would not go to the center in the future 😕. Thanks Raj

I booked online and found that a very easy way to book an appointment and will definitely use that method again. The whole experience was a pleasure, the chap on reception was friendly, polite and very professional and when I had a problem with my car, which was not caused by your employee or the repair I had done, he was concerned and very helpful. The technician who dealt with my car was superb, very knowledgeable and professional in the way he did the job I booked and dealing with the problem I experienced with my car. I would recommend this service centre and especially its staff.

Really professional men. Kept me updated and called as soon as vehicle was ready! Did a good job! Car feels so much better to drive. Joel was wonderful! Very nice man and explained everything clearly for me. Always abit dubious going to a garage being a female!! He deserves some acknowledgment for his hard work and professional attitude
