Christopher Ronus5 StarI went to Halfords in Gloucester simply for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, there was a slight mix up with the battery I'd ordered but from start to finish, I was treated very professionally, everything was explained and it all got sorted out in the end.

Kirk Smith5 StarOn arrival the person in the centre greeted me and booked my car in for the to be done. He was on his own on a Saturday morning. He dealt with me and other customers, answering the calls and speaking with walk in. Yet I waited only 40 minutes for my car to be ready. I commend the man for working on his own.
