Katy S4 StarPut car in for exhaust test knowing it needed replacing. The helpful mechanics spotted engine housing in disrepair. ( I had hit one hell of a pothole a month earlier). They were very good and didn't do any work without speaking to me. Consequence I decided to scrap car as all the work out weighed costs. My only gripe is when I tried to phone back to say thank you for the help and tell them the position the automated phone number sends you round in circles, I never got to speak to anyone. I tried again on Saturday morning and same problem. So a big thank you to the mechanics big raspberry to the phone system.Monday 23rd May 2022
Geoff Carter5 StarI recently had the discs and pads on all four wheels replaced by Halfords. Friendly and helpful from initial contact to job completion it was a pleasure doing business with them. The work was professionally completed and my only criticism is that they have no customer waiting area. This was particularly annoying as (due to an additional part being required and then delivered) the work took over 5 hours.Wednesday 16th February 2022
