Rachel Sheridan1 StarJust had an email to say that my refund for the MOT today has been processed and another email to say it has been cancelled! This is the second time. I worked from home today so that I could take it in. I have used them in the past and been really happy with the service. I understand issues arise, but no text, no call. What if I hadn't seen my email in time? It's the lack of communication here that bothers me. I can't recommend and I won't use them again which is a shame.
