Michael Nock2 StarMy Car went in for insurance repairs for rear bumper damage. No courtesy car given. Fitted new bumper, re-painted and returned back to me after a week. After inspecting the work carried out, the bumper was chipped and the paintwork had dull (Matte) patches around it. I wasn't accepting this so i sent it back. I then demanded a courtesy car to which they gave me. After another week had gone by they said they couldn't return it on the day they said because they had discovered another chip within the new repainted paint job. Waited another 2 days to get it finally back.
If they are "as they say" a professional company and have quality control. This sort of thing should not be happening.Tuesday 12th July 2022

Deanoo Stanley1 StarI don't know what to say about this place! I don't normally complain but my car is now completely dead! Not only do these people ignore the fact u need to get to WORK they also cause more problems! I was forced to use them through insurance after an uninsured driver hit me and did BODY damage. Yet the 3rd time Gemini had it (they had to have it 5 times) its now got ELECTRICAL issues! I've spent god knows how much money so far trying to get my car working and even the main dealer doesn't know what the hell they have done! The boot, which worked fine after the crash, was completely rewired for some unknown reason. Turns out Gemini didn't press a button! That's it! Tons of more complaints about them but I'm rambling on. Currently with an ombudsmen but I will be suing them when they have done their investigation. Whatever they may say, the "pre existing" problem was paid to be fixed by myself which hasn't actually done anything, which also cost a grand out of my pocket! Car still won't start, also has the same warning light that wasn't on the car until Gemini messed with it. Car worked FINE after the crash. Gemini also aren't part of the motor ombudsmen just to make you all awareWednesday 11th August 2021
