Very good customer service - always has time to discuss work on the phone and in person to understand customer needs. Having had my car leak engine coolant for months and several mechanics look at it, without finding the actual problem. George did a thorough investigation and found the problem. He kept me updated with the progress of the car and offered his advice. He even fitted in an MOT for me once the problem was fixed. Never has a mechanic made me feel more at ease, keeping the parts to explain why my car was having the problems it was, on collection.
George provided a quick, thorough and friendly service, will not hesitate to return if I need a mechanic again! Thank you.
