Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Spoke to one man yesterday who decided to cancel this morning. He wasn’t the one that called up to cancel... instead a supervisor called up claiming I was rude when I spoke to his Workman despite not hearing the conversation. Apparently it’s not ok for you to get a family member to stay in the home to allow access either. For some reason it was a problem I wasn’t there even though my family were home. Every cloud has its’ silver lining, though, as this company quoted me £1200 for what another Workman was able to fix for £200!
