Tina Marsh1 StarTelephoned yesterday, made an appointment for after 3pm today to fit 2 wall lights. Did not arrive. I waited, having returned early back to Portland after an appointment in Weymouth, and I sat and waited.... I telephoned at 4.30pm.
He had totally forgotten what he was coming for and that he was supposed to telephone me. He suggested that he would not be offended if I went elsewhere. I said I would stick with him. He started apologise if he had let me down, then put the phone down on me! Charming!
If this is the way he runs his business let's hope he soon has plenty of time to brush up on his customer service skills.Wednesday 20th October 2021
