Bob March5 StarI and my family have used them for may years and we just can’t fault them. Ever helpful, ever cheerful, a proper family business. They just recently solved a complex problem for me that I thought was insurmountable with a little help. If on the very rare occasion they cant come up with the answer then they certainly know a man that can. Capt Hymer1 StarTook my Motorhome there for MOT and they said I needed new front brake pads to clear the MOT. I said OK fit new brake pads.
Well..having paid my money! 1 year later in Spain we had a brake failure. Not just once but twice! this time an accident.
The police and investigation garage took the motorhome and checked the brakes removed wheels for examination. The front brakes where found to be the incorrect/modified brake pads for this vehicle but more seriously was that the brake pads had been "modified" grinded down from the original manufacturer specs to fit this vehicle. This was all cross checked by make, model and photographed. In other words this garage used the pretence of needing new brake pads to "profit" and maliciously modify brake pads to fit my motorhome thus causing an accident by brake failure.
We where lucky no one died or was killed by this malicious, poor standard of mechanical work and the negligence carried out by staff at this garage. This is criminal work ethics for profit at the expense of putting you at risk.Wednesday 25th May 2022
