Neel and Sonia1 StarWe booked in here to have our break pads changed, agreed a price and booked a time and date.
We turned up to our booked slot which was today, to find that it was closed and they were not answering our calls. After waiting around for 15 minutes and calling multiple times , we asked the car painting place next door to see if they were open and they said it is closed today.
This is absolutely disgusting service and I am definitely going to advise everyone I know to stay well clear of this unprofessional company.Saturday 24th April 2021
RIZ THE KID5 StarBob was amazing, my car was misfiring and I had taken it to everywhere ( BMW main dealer, Halfords, BMW specialists and nobody could find the issue. I was paying countless money out in diagnostics and labour and he managed to find out my timing chain was out.i can't recommend him enough he saved me a engine rebuild.Tuesday 30th November 2021
Viewsonic m5 Starvery good service,efficient ,excellent team,worthy,reasonable price,value for money,no non sense charges like some local garages(HG)!Definitely highly recommended to anyone.We were not charged for diagnosing the problem for our car and even fixed it free temporarily free .I will never go elsewhere especially nearby expensive garages around .Thanks very much to the whole team at FR Motors Mot Garage.Wednesday 22nd January 2020
