Martin Williamson5 StarArrived in my VW Caddy Van in limp mode. Jeremy dropped what he was doing and quickly identified a faulty injector, whilst I had a coffee :). He also checked the other injectors, finding another one at deaths door.
Jeremy had these injectors in stock and my Caddy was ready for collection the next day. Appreciated the use of a loan car.
It was great to see a garage that not only had all the technical diagnostic equipment, but actually knew how to use it, to identify the actual faulty part, rather than swopping parts out until the fault went away, as I have even experienced at a main dealer. I can see why they are so busy.

mark haggis5 StarI had an accident whilst driving down to Devon, where the driver's mirror of my motor home was knocked off. i rung the main dealer to be told they could get the replacement mirror but couldn't fit it. The mirror alone was over £350 from the main dealer. JPM fitted me a new one the next day for a lot less.Wednesday 19th August 2020
