Dave and Georgie at FlexWire were incredibly helpful from the first minute. We ordered a Hot Tub and required a 30 Amp outside plug. The work was carried out both within the house and the garden. I went to work whilst the work was being

done as my husband was home. When i got back i had to ask if he had even been because there was no tell tale evidence a work man had been in the house. No boot marks or dust. I knew the carpet needed to be pulled up to run a cable underneath and you would never have known that had been done. The work itself was done quickly as well. Can't recommend highly enough.

Originally contacted to have a home charger point installed, and at first was very good at keeping in touch. Then I had to do the chasing and Dave said he would call me, never did. He said he was going to go through options with me, never did. It’s no good promising a client something and then not following through. Now I have to look elsewhere and wait longer, which is not what I need being a key worker.

I came home from work late one evening and realised I had no hot water due to a faulty time clock. Flexwire came out early the following morning and sorted it. I was extremely happy with the service provided and couldn’t recommend the company enough. They are always very quick to respond and very friendly. Great customer service!

Dave and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Having instructed them to carry out electrical work within rental properties, from go ahead given to arranging of work with tenants and completion, the process was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend.
