Jon is fantastic! After a fault developed tripping our kitchen appliances, including our boiler, unplugging everything and still having issues. Jon made a couple of sensible suggestions over the phone, before coming out on almost immediately - on a Sunday. He went through everything methodically and thoroughly, identified the problem and then fixed it. He did it all with minimal fuss, was completely professional and we haven't had any issues since. Oh, and it was all very reasonably priced. We'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending Fix My Electric.

After very indifferent customer service from other electricians John came out a couple of hours after I rang him and worked very hard to fix our lights before it got dark. He couldnt quite complete the job but came back in daylight and sorted out the problem. Very pleasant and personable, and excellent in keeping me informed by text.

No-show to appointment set, tried to contact them multiple times, (left a text and a voicemail) and couldn't get a response, when they first came out to quote they were very nice and punctual, feels like i'm being ghosted now.
