Steven Anderson5 StarF R L Auto Services were very accommodating and friendly, I used them recently when I'd accidently damaged one of my tyres and the monitoring system inside.
I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon, and by the same time the next day my car was ready to be picked up, fixed well - and it was a lot cheaper than I'd feared!

Angus Pudge1 StarTook my car in for an MOT, later that afternoon I was told that it was going to be £500 for it to pass, I said no thanks and that I would pick it up immediately. I got a call back saying that they had given the details of ‘wrong’ car, but the other issues mentioned were repeated. Likely story.
The following afternoon the mechanic had not even looked at the car, and it wasn’t until the end of the third day I got my car back. It all ended up £250 when I went to collect it. Customer service was very ordinary and explaining what was wrong with the car was put forward in an extremely difficult manor which really created a customer/business divide.
