Just a quick note to say that the installation of the new boiler has been completed, and it all appears to working great so far. My sincere thanks to the engineer and the electrician who did the work so quickly and professionally, and with minimal disruption to me. They do your company great credit. The initial site inspection was very helpful and all the options clearly explained, a detailed and helpful quotation followed promptly. EMS staff arrived on time on the appointed day and worked quickly and efficiently with consideration for the customer needs. There was minimum upset to the household. After installation the workings and settings of the boiler and system were clearly explained. Post installation any problems and queries were dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner. Nice Engineers, nice Company to do business with, everything went as promised, very pleased with the job, I would recommend EMS to my friends and will have them do work for me again. Thanks for all your help and please say thank you to your staff who done a fantastic job. I would just like to say a big thank you from a warm office. I would also like to say that we have been very happy with the service and your staff who have been courteous and have worked so hard to get our heat back on. I would thoroughly recommend your service for its quick response, and excellent staff. Customer service and training your staff how to operate in a commercial environment must be your priority and they are a credit to your company. I thought I should write to thank your company and especially Phil Haines, Tom and Matt for the wonderful service you provided us over the last two weeks in finding and repairing our major water leak and repairing the boiler. The quality of service and quick response is greatly appreciated. I asked for an urgent quotation and an appointment was made for the next day at 11.00am – he arrived dead on the dot and took all the information required, I asked for the quote asap which arrived the next day. I gave instructions to proceed and was given a date to commence on Tuesday 10th May, anticipated completion 2 to 3 days. It went like clock work, two fellows were here just gone 8.00 each morning. They cleaned up each evening and took the days rubbish with them. They even replaced and refitted the airing cupboard racking before they left. I could not have asked for more. Obviously this company is well organised and knows what it is doing.

These guys are some of the most professional and helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of asking to do some work for me. On several occassions they have come to the rescue to fix problems with my boiler/heating/hot water and they always get things fixed quickly, in a professional manner and with the minimum of fuss. They make you feel like you're in good hands and they give excellent advice - they're not out to rip you off! They have people who can deal with the electrics and the gas and the water - no need for three different people (or worse still three different companies). I can't recommend them highly enough!
