I saw so many positive reviews, so I contacted Evergreen MAC (E/MAC) company directly. It was clear that they were busy in light of the recent energy price hike. I was interested in solar and battery. E/MAC was probing to see if I wanted more work done, such as supplying and fitting an EV charger, etc. I said, ‘No’ just solar & battery for now. He asked me to take photos of my house, provide measurements, which I did and send it to him via WhatsApp, which I did straight after the call. This was in Jan 2022. I’ve since sent a follow up message yesterday (Mar 2022) and the message has been opened/read, but I have not reply. I’m disappointed, but also relieved that had I gone with E/MAC, imagine what it would have been like if there was a fault with the installation or a disagreement - I would never hear back. Its a shame. UPDATE: Following my review, EMAC have now telephoned me stating that they didn’t know what work I wanted and could not understand the photos. Really!! He then continued to verbally abuse me and called me a liar. So, so glad I didn’t give them my business. I’ve since blocked this company from calling me following repeated attempts to call. UPDATE2: E/MAC withheld his number and called me after numerous attempts. I eventually took the call and recorded the conversation, which I informed him of. He wanted to start again and he apologised for his outburst and behavior. I accepted and we have moved on. EMAC will contact me again to offer me a quote. Watch this space.

I just wanted to thank Mac & Josh for doing such an excellent job on my solar, powerwall2, Eddi, Zappi charger. AS our house a little bit awkward to do the job but they kept the install incredibly neat with no visible cabling on the outside of the house at all (some of them went under the ground). So now we have 6.93 KW of Solar PV. 21x 330W all black panels on all aspects of the roof with SolarEdge smart panel, Energy meter,Tesla amazing Powerwall 2 with Backup Gateway, Zappi chargers, an Eddi (with a tank temperature sensor) & Myenergi Hub. I would highly recommend Evergreen MAC if you are looking for Solar / Powerwall / Chargers.
