I sent my requirements via their website and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call Sarah within an hour. She sent me an email almost immediately following our conversation detailing the various options available. One of the options was perfect for my needs and was very reasonably priced.

Chris Hughes5 Star.I have just purchased some urgently needed electrical equipment from this company and paid for a pre 10.30am delivery. The next morning I received a message from the courier to say we wouldn't be getting the items delivered that day. Before I had a chance to get in touch with "Essential Supplies" they called me to say there was a problem and they would sort it. They managed to source the goods from other companies local to us at their expense and get them all delivered to us that same day whilst keeping us updated. I'm absolutely gobsmacked by the service they provided. I don't think I have ever had a company who has had the conscience to sort a problem in this way. Most other companies would just shrug there shoulders and say it's the couriers problem. Thank you and I look forward to using you again.Friday 18th June 2021
